At Zona Med Equipment we strive to deliver your products on time. Shipping handling time varies within the product. We make sure that your equipment is well packaged and secure.
Our shipping rates are mostly calculated within weight, but certain products count with flat rates.
Please allow us up to 2-30 days of handling time, especially for special orders and backorders. Most of our supplies ship the same business day as the order is placed.
Medical tables take 10-15 business days to be prepared. Heavy equipment is shipped via Freight Company, only a lift gate is included which means, the product will be dropped off outside the delivery location (no inside-delivery).
We work with high-quality shipping carriers like UPS, FEDEX, USPS and Nationwide.
Once an order is placed, will proceed to prepare your package and let you know when you may expect your product. We offer personalized assistance per order, which means we will take extra care that you are happy with your order.
